No daily cleaning if you dont ask, and even then, rooms are dirty. Bedlinen damaged. Place needs a make-over

Stay was satisfactory. Meal sizes were small and no sides were offered. Room was cold and it took two attempts for a heater to be installed. I would hesitate to stay again

The room is clean but you can clearly see some wear and tear. Paint chipping, floors scratched up and more.
Breakfast is decent enough, not bad not good.
Dinner is on the expensive side for the quality of the food.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and the overall quality is still high, but the room (1014) is starting to look a little worn down or at lease not well maintained. The floor was covered in scratches and black lines like the furniture had been moved around, the fabric that covers the sides/borders of the bed were dirty and stained and the top mattress didn't seem to fit, showing the underlying mattress. Shower head was covered in limescale and water was leaking from both ends of the hose (wall fixture and showerhead). The electric socket fixture on the desk kept falling down.
So all in all - it is still an impressive building and architecture, but more care should be giving to making the room look clean and well maintained.

Not soo good. The first room wasn’t cleaned properly and there where tracks of pee on ma WC… horrible. When I asked to do something they didn’t offered me immediately another room…
There is no frigo bar in room.
And you need to ask to clean your room daily otherwise no cleaning service. Something I did but nothing happened.

A nice hotel and ideal location, right next door to KISTAMÄSSAN. The hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms are very basic, without the basics like tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which was very disappointing, considering the price.
